They understood my concerns about putting too many unfamiliar people with my MIL, and were able to find 4 people to provide the care over the course of each week, with each working about 42 hours. Other agencies that I called said it would take 8-10 people to cover all of the shifts over the course of the week, which would have been really hard on my MIL.
