Beyond outstanding! They came to our aid in an emergency situation — over the holidays even! The manager came to every shift change to make sure each care-giver knew exactly what to do as we needed 24 hour care. Then came again when 02 was delivered so he could see how the machine worked in order to train the care-giver on that specific machine. He checked on him personally just to see how he was recovering. Totally above and beyond! Can’t say enough good things about this service!
